Since we're just getting started, we don't have a set standard for how to meet us in battle. I know a lot of guys just add each other via ingame friends lists and play that way. You can always do that. Until we get our TS set up, there's really not much else to do. Our TS should be up and running by mid-week.

In order to help out HQ, you can list your resources here. That will hopefully give us an idea of what we can do with what we have. Other than that, ask questions, recruit other players, and get ready for training!
